Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
stalking protection order
I have been served with a stalking protection order. I am an educator and want to know if a judge does not see how crazy the petitioner is and I the order goes through, will this show up on the background check and FBI check that is required in the state of Ohio?

You definitely need to fight this. It will be recorded in a number of places. The order orginally given is temporary since you probably werent at the first hearing. A second hearing is set where you are expected to either agree or contest it in a hearing involving testimony. This is serious and you need to be represented.
