Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
being sued by a bar owner
I am being sued by a bar that i was caught drinking underage in last febuary. They want the money that i cost them in fines. I have done all of my legal responsibilities involving the case. I am wondering what i can do about this considering they broke the law too by not ID'ing me in the bar. Should i have to pay this sum of money? Is the court really going to side with him and say i do have to pay it? Should i get a lawyer?

This sounds like a very questionable claim. But you definitely need to get a lawyer. What court is it in?
