Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Help Please
I was supposed to start a telemarketing job today, which last week the man told me how much I will be paid and asked if the hours were ok. Well when I went in today the man asked me to read a script and when I was finished he told me I sounded to young and that he would have to talk to his boss and would call me tonight. Well he called and told me they might use me at a later time and hung up on me. Could I go for legal action?

Not unless you could show that when you accepted the job and by keeping available you gave up some other opportunity that you could have had. In other words that the acceptance somehow caused you financial damage.
