If ur 16 dating an 18 year old and u get pregnant will he get in trouble ?

Not under state law. The age of consent for sex is 16. Some cities have "contributing to delinquency" laws that an officer could try to charge under, but if everything else with the 16 year old is going ok (doing well in school + coming home on time) - they wouldn't be able to make that case.
