Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Work Discipline
A group of employees from a nursing home cashed their checks at a nearby bank. Bank complained employess were loud and noisy. Admin. at NH sent memo that anyone finding to have this behavior would be disciplined or terminated. Can NH Admin. do this? Bank could have chosen not to cash checks or security could have escorted them out. Bank complained to the nursing home. All felt that if they leave NH facility, behaviors have nothing to do with the NH facilities. Your thoughts?

Re: Work Discipline
The question is moot as nothing was actually done. So far, there is only a threat of future action.
