Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
co worker harassment
I have a co worker that constantly harasses me. This is causing me a lot of emotional distress and fear of going to work. My company is very small and we don't have an HR dept. I have addressed this with the CEO to no avail. How do I file a formal complaint against this co-worker

Re: co worker harassment
If it is sexual harrassment you can go to the Ohio Civil Rights commission. See State Government in phone book.
