Legal Question in Technology Law in Ohio
She agreed to pay for the dog. Never did, and she wont fly the dog back.
A customer in Alabama wanted to purchase a puppy from me via internet for her daughters birthday. The total fees are $1650. She attempted to money gram the money, she had never done this before so it was going to take a couple days to verify the account. I flew her the dog after I received an email from her stating that she agreed to pay the money no later than tuesday April 25th, 2006. On sunday, one day after she had received the puppy, she said she didn't want the dog because it barks and it has ear mites. I offered to send her medication for the mites, and I also offered to take off $100 the total price. She didn't want to reimburse me for the money I paid to fly her the dog in the first place and she didn't want to pay to have it flown back to me. She basically wants a FREE dog. I need the dog back, and I need it back NOW. I dont know what to do. I need help immediately, she & her husband and threatening me. PLEASE HELP!
