Legal Question in Technology Law in Ohio
Is there anything legally that you can do if a family member snoops on a computer and retrieves e-mails you sent to antoher family members and then they sent those e-mails to various people. Would that be the same as opening another persons mail? What can be done legally to this person if anything?

If the account or computer file is "private" it is invasion of privacy.
I suggest you obtain a password protected account with hotmail or yahoo and memorize (do not write down)_ the password.
