Legal Question in Technology Law in Ohio
An SEO company approached my employer and offered him services (while I was on an extended leave). After reviewing the contract and being fully aware of the process of SEO and SEM (while my employer was not), we decided against doing business with the company. The company created a .mobi website from our .com website before we had agreed to do business with them. How do we get that .mobi address back if we want to use it ourselves but not hire the questionable company?

The answer may depend on whether or not your company holds a trademark in its .com domain name. When you say "get the .mobi address back" did your company have it in the first place, or did this SEO company register it on your behalf?
