Want to start a business where people can place real estate listings on the inte
I would like to know what I need in order to start a business on the internet for people selling real estate. My site that I am working on is just to place a listing on. I am not an agent or a broker. I just what to make it easy for people sell, buying, renting, and/or leasing real estate together. I have put on the site disclaimers saying that all infomation about a listing is to be true but I am not responseable and that they should be carefully and that anyone that is providing incorrect listings, their account will be disabled. I would like to know what else I need to do to protect myself?
