Are damages recoverable against board of township trustees?
What types of damages and torts are recoverable in a federal 1983 claim,and ohio r.c.2744.03(malicious prosecution)claim,against (ohio)board of township trustees?

Section 1983 borrows state laws with respect to statutes of limitation and also with respect to damages, so whatever damages would be recoverable in a state law action. Keep in mind that there are significant hurdles in maintaining a section 1983 action and that damages need to be pretty severe and not merely annoyance or inconvenience.
