Defamation and slander
Can I sue the children services dept. for falsly accusing me of molestation? and causing me undo anguish with friends, and causing me to lose my residence.and could anyone reffer me to a lawyer to take this case.

You can only sue if you have proof that someone in the agency knew that the accusation was false and proceeded anyway, knowing that you were inncocent.
