Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Ohio
Self representation
I am trying to find out if I can represent my husband in his child custody case. Does anyone know if this is allowable and if there is anything I need to file before his hearing. Thank you

Re: Self representation
You can only represent your husband if you are an attorney. Individuals can represent themselves, but only attorneys can represent others. In fact, that is essentially the definition of an attorney -- someone licensed to represent the legal interests of other persons or entities.
