Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Ohio
Retaliation for attempting to file complaint
I have tried to wage a complaint against local law enforcement, and have been refused the ability to do so. Threats and retaliation have occured and the mayor even was shut down. He told me the situation was being covered up and agreed to an interview with local news, however 5 minutes before the interview he called in a panic warning me of impending action. What can I do? This officer has been doing some bad things.
