Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Ohio
statue of limitations
Wondering the statue of limitations to sue someone from a auto accident and if or when the time runs out if there is something else that could be filed. I am at the end of my rope in trying to do something to solve this situation. Thanks for any help that can be given

Re: statute of limitations
Generally from the date of the accident you have two years to file. If you were in any way incapacitated during that time, the time to file can be extended.
