Legal Question in Construction Law in Ohio
breach of contract
Contracted for garage to be built in 4 weeks. Gave 70%(over $5,000) of bottom line in cash for materials. Hav'nt seen him since. What recourse do I have? Only get excuses over the phone. Thanks Gary
