Legal Question in Construction Law in Ohio
insulation contractor seeking payment
My company was contracted with a mechanical contractor for insulation on a project. Mechanical contractor refuses to pay. Please indicate proper course of action I should take.

Dear Subcontractor: Your written contract terms should provide you with the method(s) you can use to obtain payment. If you had no written, signed contract or purchase order, be prepared to provide copies of all communications, detailed time sheets, costs and expenses to support your claims for payment.
Retain experienced Counsel ASAP to advise, assist and guide you.
