Can a contractor that has a mecanical lein on home property, freeze bank account of home owner?

Dear Liened Reader: Answer : Absolutely NOT!!!
No creditor has any right to attach any real, personal, or mixed property of a debtor without a valid judgment and order of a court of competent juirisdiction, and only after all right of appeal has expired or been exhausted.
