Does a mechanic's lein expire: and if so, how many years to do so?(Ohio)

Dear Reader:
Mechanic's Liens, if filed timely and properly in Ohio do not expire, they merely go dormant 6 yrs after filing. They may be revived by a proper filing. See an experienced Construction Attorney to assist you.
