Getting ripped off!!
Paid to get car fixed. Has had car for 3 months. Nothing but excuses. Now they wont answer my call. I paid for what has not been done. Any advise?

Dear Ripped Off: Retain an Attorney ASAP! He or she will probablty file a replevin action, that is, a lawsuit to recover your vehicle that has been wrongly detained.
