work done
if i ve had a contrater do work for me but now he wont make it right if i state in an ad in the paper before you signe with his business come and see my house first can he do anything about it

Dear Unhappy Customer: While you may be very unhappy with your builder or contractor, you must be caredful not to slander him or his "reputation". He could sue for any of those acts. Instead, I recommend you contact an Attorney and sue him for breach of contract. Small Claims Court may also be available to help you in your jurisdiction.
