2003 blackout fried my computers Jaz drive
I lost data and my Jaz drive during the Michigan phase of the blackout. Is there a way I can be apart of a class action lawsuit to recoup my loss?

It was your responsibility to protect against power surges or blackouts,--there's no liablity here, from what you've written. Someone else has to do something wrong for you to sue, the mere fact that you lost data is not enough.
