Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Airline ticket change
I purchased a ticket for my son,on my credit card, which he did not use. I called Orbitz, hoping that me or my wife might use the ticket. I was told that American Airlines will not allow name changes on tickets. What are my chances in small claims court for a refund & how do I go about filing ? I did talk to AA with no satisfaction. To me this is unarmed robbery !

Re: Airline ticket change
Go to the city you live in and file there...why not?? 35-60$ filing fee. You must though find out the statutory agent for AA...you need to prove that you served them...and they will probably not show up and you can win by default..
