Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
I allowed my greatgrandson and ggdaughter rent my small apartment on the condition that the didn't let anybody else move in with them. They have allowed an unexceptable person to move in.I have no lease with them and gave them a lower rent than I would anybody else. What can I legally do to make this person leave? I have told them that I expect him to leave but he is still there.

You can threaten to evict Them since they are not In compliance with the terms of the oral lease Agreement. If they do not get rid of the unauthorized tenant then proceed with the eviction. Once they see you are serious about it The unauthorized person will probably move out on his own.
