Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
I asked a question earlier about being able to sue the Bethesda video game production company, and got a very crappy answer..... I want to know if it's possible for an individual to start a lawsuit and have it build to possibly multiple people. Then put some sort of injunction, or something on them to make them stop all new title future releases until they fix the ones they have out. And maybe if there's a possible way to convince the government or whoever is in total charge of allowing video game releases to form a board/ committee that would make sure the games work properly before any company is allowed to release them.
