Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Automobile sales
My wife & I recently (2 weeks) bought a used Lexus. Now she has decided she would like to purchase a new one. Is there any legal way or time period that we can void the original deal (or for a minimal loss)and proceed with purcahsing the new lexus? What options do I have?

Re: Automobile sales
There is no three day time period to get out of the purchase of the vehicle. You may wish to go to the dealership adn try to work out a deal for a new lexus. The dealership has very little incentive to void the deal.
