Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Boss trouble
I worked for a contracter that renovates hotels, all was well until the work died down she had us work personally for pay on her garage and house she was renovating, she has all my tools in her house about 100 dollars worth. also she still owes me 250 dollars from doin work...she never called me with it and when i call her she hears my voice and hangs up. i want my money and tools what can i do and how should i do it

You can file a suit in small claims court in your jurisdiction. That would be whatever city you live in. You should be able to find the phone number in the phone book. They can give you instructions on how to go about filing.
