Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
I bought stolen property and returned it to the rightful owner. Can I sue the person who sold me the stolen property?

In Ohio you can sue the person who sold you the stolen property for fraud if they represented to you that they owned the property when they sold it to you. Getting any money out of a thief however is tricky.
