Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
breach of contract
i bought a car from a dealer i paid for it in full.i owed tax and title because he didn't have it ready for me at the time.i signed a contract stating it would be paid in thirty days or towing of my car will follow.time expires and he doesn't have my title.i attempted three times to pay the dealer but he doesn't have my title.he is now in breach of the contract.can he repossess my car now.which he has. and how can i get my money or car back.

I would first try to get the police involved... Otherwise, small claims court. Or a letter from an attorney.
