Breech of contract
If a dealership does not deliver the title to a car after we have signed the papers to purchase the vehicle are they in breech of contract? Do we have anything to stand on?

They have 30 days to transmit the title to you otherwise it is a violation of the consumer sales practices act.
Good Luck
