Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
buying a car
i put $700 down on a car. four days later its making sounds. i took it to 5 different mechanics and they all said it was going to shut down on me. i took it back to the car lot and they said no problem we will fix it. i went back and got it two days later. about three days after that the sound is back and the check engine light keeps coming on. i was suppose to go to work to make my payments and i couldn't because i had to park it again. i finally told them to just come and get it but now they don't want to give me any of my money back. do i have a case or i'm i out of $700?

Re: buying a car
You probably have a case. Take it to small claims court. You won't need a lawyer and the filing fee is included in the recovery. Best regards, Edward Dicato
