Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Car Dealer
I recently took posession of a car over a month ago. I still have no lender for this loan and no title to get plates for the car.
I have a signed contract and have made my first payment to the dealer.
The dealer has been unable to assign the loan, however they are named as the creditor on the contract.
The contract also states if they cannot assign the loan they have the right to have the car returned, unfortunetly for them, that box on the contract was not checked or initialed.
How can I get them to change Title so I can get plates?

You might have to sue them, if they won't cooperate willingly. Ed DiCato
