Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
car
mother bought a car from jd byryder on august 31 2007.they called september6 saying she was supposed to have given them $300.00 on the 5th of september she had given them 200.00 when she drove off the lot as part of her down payment with the understanding that the remainder would be paid off in october.she's on a fixed income and they told her that they could not wait until then that they would be coming to get her car.can they come reposess her car in only a week?honestly they should not have given her a car. she''s on a fixed income and only gets about 800.00 a month.
