Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Used car returns
I am 20 yrs old and went to buy a car without taking someone else. I got suckered into a horrible deal. My fault, I know. My question is... Is there a window of time I have to return the car? I have signed the bill of sale and as-is warranty agrrement but I have not transefered the title into my name. I have been told I have 3 days to return and just wanted to know if this was true. Thanx!

Re: Used car returns
There is no 3 day waiting period for purchasing a car. The 3 day waiting period usually applies to transactions where the salesman comes to your house.
Good luck!!!!
