Child chocking on glue in cereal
What is a fare setalment for my 10 yr. old chocking on Glue (?)in his cereal. We think it is glue or plastic . We have bene asked to send it to the company to be tested. I pored this cereal for our 2 yr. old daughter, but our 10 yr. old got it first.Now he will not eat cereal at all. On Nov. 9th 2001 this happened. We took photos of the plastic.Do we send the whole piece or cut it in half? What is the FARE THING TO DO? Thanks--name removed--Beach

the best thing I can suggest is to refer the matter to a local attorney. Settling a case like this is more a=of an art than a science.
