Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
cross-country robbery
bought a playstation3 console from a woman in utah on ebay.sent her a money order for $455. she claimed to never have received it. sent another money order for the same amount weeks later. she claimed to never have gotten it either. postal service showed me her signature for both money orders she cashed in later. she refuses contact with me. what must I do to get my $910 dollars back? I live in ohio and cannot simply go over there and file chages. Help me

You might sue her in an Ohio court under Ohio's long-arm statute. But even if you got an Ohio judgement, you would need help from Utah to collect it, if she is collectible. I would look hard at what responsibility e-bay has in this situation. You need to review any terms and conditions you agreed to, but first I would just plain ask them for their help.
