In Ohio, Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act provides a great number of powerful remedies for those who have been taken advantage of in a consumer transaction. If you want to discuss the case in a bit more detail, you can email me at [email protected]. I don't charge for an initial consultation to look over the case to see if I can help.
