Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
what kind of lawyer do I need?
I bought a truck from a man in Ohio and drove there to get it. I live in Missouri. The truck ended up having nothing but problems since I drove it off of his lot. I have not even driven it 600 miles and have to put a new engine block and turbo in it. Do I need a lawyer from Ohio since that is where I bought the truck, or from Missouri since that is where I live. What kind of lawyer should I get?

Under most conditions you would need an attorney in Ohio. An attorney that deals with lemon laws or general consumer laws would be able to help you.
