Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
is it legal to build cornhole games and use college logos you have bought?
1 Answer from Attorneys
In Ohio, you may be running afoul of the trademark property rights that the colleges have in these logos and marks. The fact that you purchased them does not mean that you can now use the marks on your products because it may imply that the college has a connection with the product when the college has no connection with the product.
