Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
I live in Ohio a car dealership sold me a car and told me it had been approved for financing but when the thirty day tags expired they told me I was not approved for financing and to return the car is there anything I can do.

In Ohio, it is a violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 1345.02 to make a material misrepresentation during the sale between a supplier (like a car dealer) and a consumer.
Violations of the consumer sales practices act carry with them the possibility of double damages and attorneys fees.
