Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Lost PDA sent for in for repair
Went to local electronic store to have them send in my pda for service. It is lost. They want to replace with new one with like features, but want me to pay difference between what the repair estimate would be and the price of new pda. Should they be responsible and replace at no charge to me? Since they lost it.....

Their offer was legally sufficient, but they should throw something else in for your inconvenience.
