Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Metal object found if burrito
I was eating a burrito yesterday from Taco Bell and bit down on a large metal object. I was not seriously injured by the object but I am still very upset. I was told my the manager the object was not part of any of their equipment and she has no idea what the object is. I was told I could not have my money refunded but I could have a $10 coupon as if I would ever eat there again! I don't think they are taking this seriously and wondered if there is anything I can do.

You can sue for $3000 or less in small claims court, or if you can find an attorney, he may ask for more.
