Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Minor child mistake
My son age 17 perchased a car from a friend for 250.00 .Both his father and myself told him it was'nt a good idea. His friend dropped the car and title off in my driveway and left us to deal with a junk car. The title was notorized however, my sons name is not on the title. Can my son get his money back? and get the kid to take this car back?

Re: Minor child mistake
contracts with parties under 18 are voidable. In other words you can undo the transaction. You may need to go to small claims to get help.
Good luck
