Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
My mother, who was elderly, allowed me to take over payments of her car. Her vision was failing and her Dr. advised her not to drive. We have been making the payments since February of 2009. She passed away in December of 2010, and we have continued to make the payments and using the car. What can we do to get the car and the loan switched into our names?

In Ohio, this sounds more like a probate law question.
