Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Online company reprisals
I have asked for a refund of goods
never received and have been put off
for almost a year now. This is an
online purchase and I've filed a
complaint with their city's better
business bureau.
What else can I do? My credit card
company has the info now and will
give me credit. I want to get the
word out that this company is not
honest. Any suggestions?

Re: Online company reprisals
Complain to the BBB, their hosting and registrar companies, the FTC, and if you google it you'll find other places you can complain.
