Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Online purchase
I made an online purchase for $2300 from a store in the UK. A few weeks after I paid for it, I was told that the item was no longer available. I have requested refund, but have not seen any money yet. Options?

Re: Online purchase
I hope you used a credit card. If so, contest the purchase through your card provider. They all handle disputes of this nature. If they determine you never recieved your merchandise, they should cancel payment to the vendor and credit you. You must act quickly though! Best regards, Edward Dicato
