Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Property Damage and Loss
I was staying at a hotel and my car was parked in their lot on their property when it was vandalized. The drivers window was smashed and the CD disc changer was stolen. There are no cameras on the outside of the hotel and there are no signs that say ''park at your own risk''. Is the hotel responsible for the damage to my car and the loss of my electronics equipment?
