Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
New Purchase
If you purchase a motorcycle one day and than find out that you cannot obtain insurance can this be returned to the dealer and the contract be null and void? Do you have a period of time to change your mind? If so, is there a statue that states this fact I could read? Thanks.

Re: New Purchase
I don't think any statute will help in this case. I would need to read your contract to be able to help you.
