Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Purchased a used car
I purchased a car Friday. I signed the contract for the car and the financing. It stated-This order is not binding until accepted by the dealer. The dealer signed accepted by the dealerships name. Today the dealer called and said that the 4.9% financing I signed for did not go through and they could not sell me the car. My question is do they have to honor the contract we both signed stating the amount, the loan rate and the monthly payment and terms?
