Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
I put 5000.00 down on a vehicle in NC,signed the paperwork,and now I cant get get financed through the dealership or any bank where I live. But the dealership wont give my down payment back.

If you purchased the vehicle in North Carolina, then you will need to consult an attorney certified to practice in North Carolina since the matter would be properly decided under the laws of the state where the transaction was completed.
